The Fastest Way to Reach Us
We prefer WhatsApp for first contact. A short message telling us your nationality, your current status in Turkey, and what you need is usually enough for us to tell you whether we can help and what the next step is. Photographs of your documents can be sent in the same conversation, which saves a round of emails. Messages received on working days are answered within one business day, and often much sooner.

Email remains available for longer enquiries and for sending files, and you are welcome to call the office during working hours. For urgent matters — a detention order, a deportation decision, or an approaching court deadline — call rather than write.
Visiting Our Office
Our office is in the Simsaroğlu İşhanı building on 1363 Sokak, in the İsmet Kaptan neighbourhood of Konak. The location is a short walk from Konak Metro station and the İzmir ferry terminal, and is easily reached from Alsancak and Konak Square. Paid car parks operate nearby, though street parking in this part of Konak is limited, so public transport is often the easier option. If you are travelling from Çeşme, Alaçatı, Urla, or Kuşadası, we can arrange a video consultation instead of an in-person visit.
Languages We Work In
We handle cases in English and Turkish, and correspond with clients in both languages throughout their file. Documents issued abroad usually require certified translation and apostille before they can be submitted to Turkish authorities; we will tell you exactly what is needed for your case and can arrange sworn translation where necessary.
How a Consultation Works
Send or bring any documents relevant to your matter: your passport, existing permit cards, title deeds, contracts, or official correspondence you have received. Having these to hand means we can give you a concrete assessment of your position rather than a general answer. Consultations can be held at our office, by video call, or over WhatsApp, and we will set out the likely steps, timeline, and costs before you decide to proceed.
If You Are Outside Turkey
You do not need to be in Turkey to instruct us. Many of our clients begin their case from abroad by issuing a power of attorney at the nearest Turkish consulate, which allows us to act on their behalf before the immigration authorities, land registry offices, and courts. Contact us first — we will send you the exact wording the consulate requires, as an incorrectly drafted power of attorney will be rejected and has to be reissued.
