Fees Page Overview

When it comes to understanding the costs associated with various legal services in Turkey, a fees page is essential. You can expect to find precise numbers for each service, including duration and materials needed, to ensure compliance with Turkish laws, such as Law No. 6458. For instance, if you’re applying for a residence permit, as of 2026 you’ll need to pay a several fees, which can easily cost you more than 5000 liras even on the extension, depending on the type of permit and your nationality. However first time applicant must add another 10000 Turkish Liras to that number.

How Long Does the Application Process Take?

The application process duration varies depending on the type of service. For example, a residence permit application can take around 20 days to process, as stated on the official Turkish government website. In our experience, it’s crucial to understand the requirements and timelines to avoid delays. You can find more information on residence permits on our Immigration-Residence Permit page.

What Documents Are Required?

The necessary papers for an application also vary. Typically, you’ll need to provide identification documents, such as a passport, proof of address, and health insurance. For a residence permit application, you may also need to provide a rental agreement, a bank statement, and a police certificate. You can find a detailed list of required documents on the Turkish Ministry of Interior’s website. It’s essential to check the specifics carefully to avoid any issues.
